Epoxy powder

The oldest type of powder coating is made of epoxy resins, from which the popular name of epoxing originates. The powder displays a good flow, good chemical stability and a good resistance against mechanical load.

Application area
  • steel furniture
  • household appliances
  • equipment for the petrochemical industry
  • machine parts
  • basecoat powder in a double layer system
  • pigmented with zinc dust as a basecoat on steel for exterior application

Epoxy polyester powder

The most applied powder type for inside application is made of epoxy and polyester resin (hybrid powder). This powder has practically the same characteristics as the epoxy powder. It is less resistant, however, against alkalis and solvents, but better against yellowing.

Application area
  • steel furniture
  • radiators
  • lighting articles
  • metal partition walls
  • interior parts for the motorcar industry

Polyester powder

This type of powder is used for the coating of products for exterior application. It has a good corrosion resistance and a good resistance against water and the influences of UV radiation.

Application area
  • facade siding
  • acoustic baffles
  • sun protection installations
  • window frames
  • fencing
  • garden furniture
  • street furniture

Super Durable powders

These are powders with an excellent exterior durability. Compared with the normal polyester powder one may say that the discolouring and chalking resistance is many times higher. Colour and shine are guaranteed for 25 years by the powder manufacturer.

Lamineer®

A powder specially developed for MDF in the United States. This powder approaches the quality of laminate and, upon application, in one coat provides a perfect finish of both the surface and the edge of the MDF. This makes it possible to design 3-dimensional MDF products.

Wet painting

The quantity of available wet paints is so large, that a system exists for all the surfaces that must be coated and the demanded quality requirements.

Application areas
  • Aesthetic colour coating
  • Effect and structure coating
  • Anticorrosive coating
  • Insulating coating
  • Conductive coating
  • Camouflage coating
