DMFoppervlaktebehandeling has many years’ experience in the field of the application of coatings to industrial products. Attention is paid both to the technical aspect and to the visual aspect of the coating. In order to achieve a good quality control, DMFoppervlaktebehandeling has prepared control requirements for lacquered products. These have been translated into four quality classes.                 

The coating that is applied may be a powder coating or a wet coating. In the last few years, DMFoppervlaktebehandeling has of course already realized more than 90% reduction of solvents by applying increasingly solvent-free coatings, such as powder coatings and waterborne wet paints.

Special requirements

In the electro-technical industry it is customary to coat only part of the parts, in order to realize earthing at the inside of the equipment.
This is necessary for the electronics to function properly. In addition, parts must sometimes be glued, in which case the coating may be a disturbing factor.

In order to hide the parts that may not be coated, a large variety of covering material  is in stock. If hiding is difficult, our company will develop special material or tools.



Additional services

Silkscreen printing, dabber printing and mounting

DMFoppervlaktebehandeling has the possibility to provide the coated product with texts, instructions or logos, so that the quality of coating and printing is in one hand.

To supply a product that is ready for assembly, mounting operations are carried out, such as pressing-in earthing pins, fitting threaded bushes, fitting in sealing rings and fastening screws, etc.
